Salon Policy

1. Appointments & Walk-Ins

• Appointments are recommended to ensure your preferred time and technician.
• Walk-ins are always welcome based on availability.
• Please arrive **5–10 minutes early** to check in and choose your color.
• We do our best to start on time, but occasionally there may be a short **10–15 minute delay** if the previous guest’s service runs longer. We appreciate your patience!

2. Late Arrivals & Cancellations

• If you arrive **15 minutes late**, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service.
• Please give us at least **4 hours' notice** for cancellations or reschedules.
• No-shows or repeated late cancellations may require a **deposit** for future bookings.

3. Redo & Refund Policy

• All services are **non-refundable**.
• If you're not satisfied, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can make it right.
• We offer a **7-day warranty** for gel polish and dip (same color only).
• No refunds for damage or lifting caused by personal activity.

4. Gift Certificates

• Gift certificates are **non-refundable** and not redeemable for cash.
• Please present your certificate at checkout.
• Lost or expired certificates cannot be replaced.

5. Personal Belongings

Please keep your valuables safe – Noire Nail Bar is not responsible for lost or damaged items during your visit.

6. Children Policy

Children are welcome with **adult supervision**.

For safety, please ensure little ones remain **seated and away from service areas**.

7. Health & Safety

We use **disposable liners and sanitized tools** for every guest.

If you have **cuts, infections, or medical concerns**, please inform your technician before service.

8. Relaxing Atmosphere

To keep a peaceful environment, please keep phones on **silent** and conversations at a **low volume**.
